Mike has over 25 years experience in sales and distribution. Having worked for some of the most recognisable names in their industries such as Tektronix, Racal and Marconi his knowledge of multi channel selling is considerable. A firm believer that distribution is a fantastic way to serve a market place Mike understands the difficulties many companies have especially when times get tough and they try to sell direct in order to increase margins, this only damages the relationship with distributors and long term will not achieve the great things that true partnerships can.

Peter Lingard is an engineer with over 30 years experience in engineering. Having worked for Global Companies Such as Philips, Voith Paper and Scapa his experience in automation and manufacturing is exceptional. He has designed fully automatic manufacturing machines for specialist applications and is responsible for the design of Avancers Rail Wheel, Land Wheel, Cable Measuring Machines Dual road measuring wheel and Electronic Encoders. Peter is currently working on more new products which we will be introducing this year.
